Your funds get paid directly back to you in monthly interest-only payments that the investor makes and that Pro-Active Lending oversees.

At the end of the loan term (which averages around a year), the property gets sold or refinanced.The lender risk is low—we never set the Loan-to-Value ratio over 70%, which makes it easy and fast to sell at a profit. The average return is 8-10% for a year-long loan. You get all your capital back, plus the interest, and your investment is always backed by insurance and collateral.
